Description okhayat 2005-04-06 17:38:34 UTC
When starting Impress component and choosing a slide effect, it just stops
responding when I click Next or Finish on step 4.
I'm using build 1.9.90.1 (by Pavel Janik) on WindowsXP with SP2.
Comment 1 wolframgarten 2005-04-07 08:03:23 UTC
Reproducible. Summary changed.
Comment 2 wolframgarten 2005-04-07 08:03:44 UTC
Reassigned to CL.
Comment 3 clippka 2005-04-07 15:38:00 UTC
Fixed,

first the updatehdl method in slideshowimpl in sd now holds a reference to the
slideshow component while executing update. The problem was that during the
update call we got notified that the slideshow was finished and disposed the
slideshow while we where still in the update call. Also the dispose cleared the
listener container while it was still on stack.

As there is not complete solution for this now in the slideshow project I will
make the endshow method async.
