Start the referenced slide transition, and you'll notice white border lines,
where normally nothing should be visible. Reproducible on all platforms.

Either increase inner rect somewhat, or try to pinpoint a canvas where the clip
primitive does not work as advertised.

@dbo: changed title, because found some more. Apart from slide transition "Split
horz/vert in", also the "Wie left/right/bottom/up" show artifacts, though not
_that_ immediately visible. To reproduce, insert a rectangle with the exact size
of the slide. For better visibility, give it a red hair border line. Start one
of the wipes, and notice the red line missing to the right and the bottom (VCL
canvas). I'd say the wipe clip is one pixel too small.
