1. Start Install. 
2. continue install work when finish install.
3. check l10nd.

Some Install page is not l10nd.

It seems that he wants to use the complete Korean interface.

due to the fact, that the screenshots show StarSuite screenshots, I'll close as
invalid.

StarSuite is a Sun product. Althogu it is closesly related to OOo, it is a
separate product. Please report StarSuite errors to Sun.

to test with OOo, please use files from:
ftp://ftp.stardiv.de/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/rc/2.0bc/
correct one should be
ftp://ftp.stardiv.de/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/rc/2.0bc/OOo_2.0bc_Win32Intel_install_ko.zip

If the issue still exists, please file a new issue for component l10n.
