Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 45343
colon not recognized as time separator in Italian
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:13:35 UTC
It is common in Italian to use either a dot ('.') or a colon (':') as the time separator, i.e. "8.40" and "8:40" are both legitimate ways to write the time in Italian. OOo 1.9.79 (Italian) recognizes only the former. A dot-separated time (e.g. 8.40) in a Calc cell is correctly interpreted and formatted, while a colon-separated time (e.g. 8:40) is considered a string.

Hi eike, as discussed one for you. If possible for 2.0.1 or 2.0.2 Frank
Accepted as enhancement, but probably not for 2.0.1, there are more important things to do.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
