Some buttons should not retain focus after activation

Some buttons on dialog boxes should not retain their focus after being used (clicked), focus should return to the "default" button (eg. the OK button). The type of buttons that this is important for, are the buttons that will only be used once, that are never activated multiple times. One example of this is the "Delete All" button in the Tab dialog box.
