I use a Matrox G400 Dual-Headed graphics card. When I run OpenOffice on the 
secondary monitor the menus and tool-tips appear on the primary monitor.
I have not noticed this behaviour with any other applications.

The driver software is: Matrox Driver Package 5.28.018
Display Driver 5.12.1820 (1.82.017)
Kernel Driver 5.12.1820 (1.82.017)

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
