In writer (and probably all other ooo components), the "Customize" dialog box
exceeds window length, so the last row of buttons is NEVER visible.  I am using
a screen resolution (under "Display Properties") 1024x768 with DPI setting of
"Large", ie. 125% normal size (120 dpi). I have a Gateway 200AX laptop.

This defect probably applies to several other Dialog boxes. 

Note:  I have never encountered this issue using MS Office.

Not reproducible in a more recent build like a m118.
