The online help guide steps should be visible by default at the same screen as
the Office document where the user wants to perform the steps. 
Other Office suites resize the document window to gice room for the Help window
at the side. On closing the Help window, the document window is resized back to
the former size.

Raising priority. It is just plain stupid to display a Help Viewer window that
completely covers the document window for which help is displayed.
