Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 43364
When switching UI languages locale-specific icons do not change
Last modified: 2005-03-30 13:21:37 UTC
OpenOffice.org 2.0 contain various locale-specific icons (such as the icon for BOLD or Italic). These icons look different in most languages and are therefore localised items. The itemes are not changed if the UI language is changed. For more details on this feature see spec in URL header. Note: I set this to P2 since (for exapmle) Korean icons for Bold, Italic etc. are basically unreadable for non-Koreans, therefore it is possible to have a unusable UI!
obr @ ft: my code just reads the actual locale from the OS.
Kai, I heard that you are working on this, so I assume that this is a duplicate
