To align multiple objects in OOo 1.1 Draw a user needs to select multiple objects and then use Menu Entry Modify -> Alignment. there many options - ............................................................................... Modify -> Alignment -> Left Modify -> Alignment -> Centered Modify -> Alignment -> Right ............................................................................... Modify -> Alignment -> Top Modify -> Alignment -> Center Modify -> Alignment -> Bottom ............................................................................... Here is a suggestion to change it as - ............................................................................... Modify -> Horizontal Alignment -> Left Edges Modify -> Horizontal Alignment -> Centers Modify -> Horizontal Alignment -> Right Edges ............................................................................... Modify -> Vertical Alignment -> Top Edges Modify -> Vertical Alignment -> Centers Modify -> Vertical Alignment -> Bottom Edges ............................................................................... Since these menu options are more expressive please give them a serious thought. Thanks

In other word Breakup of the “Distribution†option in 2 parts - Horizontal and vertical and Using Menu entries, instead of a dialog box.
