- load and run slideshow JoeBurton-Security_Presentation.ppt from ppt metrics
- exit using ESC -> crash (sd PaneManager already dead: this=0xfeeefeee)

This issue basically is a duplicate of the internal stack trace bug #118899#
(load PPT document and close it).  I can not mark that bug as a duplicate to
this issue because I have already fixed it and have checked in files under that id.
