- View - Source view
- View - Toolbars - HTML Source View
-> this toolbar has not been specified in 
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/toolbars/Toolbar_content_spec.sxw

And 80% of its cont is useless (disabled becaus off topic) here.

Pleas reassign directly to CD if your spec is ok.

Sorry, but there has nothing changed from OO.o 1.1 to OO.o 2.0.
For introducing a complete new toolbar it is too late right now.
We can think about a set of new toolbars for this special mode for the next
major releas of OpenOffice.org.
Changed to OO.o Later and to Enhancement

So, if the spec is ok (=does not mention this toolbar), the HTML Source View
toolbar has to be removed from OOo.

Please, CD, have a look.
