Trying to edit an OLE object (Impress object) crashes OpenOffice 1.1.3. The bug
buddy comes up twice.

Steps:
1) Create a new writer document.
2) Insert an OLE object (Insert - Object - OLE Object - Create from file and
choose a Impress file and Click Ok)
3) Double click on the object inserted and view the slide show.
4) Double click once again to edit the Object

Actual Result:
Bug buddy comes up.
The you cancle the bugbuddy, once again the bug buddy comes up.

Will be attaching both the traces

Additional Information:
This is not replicable on OpenOffice m65

Also crashes with Presentation in Calc document.

This does not occure anymore in an current internal version. It will make its
way into the next oo version.
