Open a new impress/sample and start the presentation: it covers only a part of
the window. This is only visible atm on linux since we do not have other builds.

This is not a gnome/jds bug, I have it on KDE/SuSE, too.

Will have a look. Part of the problem is surely i37796, which will have to be
fixed along with this.

Okay, i37796 is fixed, which cured the initial wrong slide display (there are
still lots of ugly repaints, see #i37795#). Nevertheless, the _second_ slide was
still too small. This was due to the next-slide buffering, where the buffered
slide bitmap was not invalidated when the view size changed. Also fixed now.

->rt: issue is fixed, commits on HEAD in canvas and slideshow. Canvas and
slideshow must be built in that order, all other modules are unaffected.
