- open the bibliography database via file|open
  note 1: because of issue 38213, you cannot use the data source browser (F4)
for this
  note 2: because of issue 38216, you may need to do this two times before it works
- in the database window, open the file menu
=> GPF

In agreement with MSC, this is a P1, which definately needs to be fixed before Beta

adding "regression" keyword - this used to work in some recent build
