Seen on 641d Sun/Solaris, Intel/Linux builds- apparently the help system sets
page
format default size to A4 which prevents printing on printers set for US
standard page
sizes; the following lines appear in PostScript output:

%%BeginFeature: *PageSize A4
<</PageSize [595 842] /ImagingBBox null>> setpagedevice
%%EndFeature

using default PostScript driver SGENPRT.PS.

Same problem was seen in document printing, but in that case it was possible
to set PPD_PageSize=Letter in file psprint.conf to get around it; this does not 
seem to work for help pages and there's no obvious way to change it.
