The soffice.exe doesn't give the correct stacktrace.
- soffice.pdb and soffice.exe have the the same time stamp
- are correct delivered and patched during creation of  install sets.
- the packed soffice.exe is exactly the same as in
instsetoo_native/wntmsci10.pro/OpenOffice/idt_files/en-US/en-US//Icon and
instsetoo_native/wntmsci10.pro/OpenOffice/patchsoname_file/en-US/00
and shows the OpenOffice icon.
It seems that something in the crashreporter has been broken.

hro->obo: Assuming this is the problem in src680 this one is duplicate to
internal #118229
