When I draw lines or rectangles on a page with a zoom scale of 75% or lower 
and with the grid line shown, the lines or rectangle box (if set to no color) 
are not visible when they exactly match the grid lines.

What I would like to see is that the grid lines should always be in the 
background and any object drawn should be visible and overlap the grid lines 
if the two happen to match at the same position.

I attach a sample drawing showing the problem using two rectangles, one with 
color and one without.  The rectangle withou color is not visible when grid 
lines are set to be shown.
