XCertificate implementation returns emptry values...

Malte,

I have fixed this bug. It is because a buffer's initial length is not set, so
the MSCrypto engine refuses to give the thumbprint.

When I tried to verify the thumbprint. It seems that the thumbprint is wrong.

Please take a look.

Found fixed on Master src680m65 using Solaris, Linux and Windows build
