- open the pre-installed Bibliography database
- go to Edit|Database|Advanced settings
- in the dialog which opens, check the "End text lines with CR+LF" checkbox
- close the dialog with OK
- open the dialog again
=> the checkbox is unchecked, again

To verify that not only the setting is remembered, but also used:
- enable the setting for an arbitrary database
- create a new form for this database
- insert a text field
- open the property browser for this text field
- verify that it has the "Text lines end with" property set to "CR+LF (Windows)"

The value is not saved in the database file. So when you save the database and
reopen it the value is lost.

-> reopen issue and add to cws dba18
