Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 33983
Wrong encoding for strings in SRX645_m46
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:00:36 UTC
Hi, Czech README (see ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/READMEs/SRX645_m46/readme42.html) contains bad encoding. The same applies for Slovak README (ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/READMEs/SRX645_m46/readme43.html). In fact, it seems that *many* translations have bad encoding. Looking at random src file (sw/source/ui/dialog/docstdlg.src), I see bad encoding at least for Czech (the string FT_LINE should contain r with hook, ie. ř), Slovak (the same string should read Počet riadkov:, ie. c with hook over it, č). I consider this as release critical issue.

Thanks for the Bugreport, We have been working on this the last 2 days. Somehow nobody wrote the bug though. It seems as if the complete merge from CWS:ooo113l10n is broken, so we reimported the whole bunch of sdf files in our database and reexported it and merged it in CWS:ooo113l10nfix (not checked in yet) Since ihi is on vacation I will take this bug
.
please verify
gh: look ok in m47. Thanks.
Fixed.
