The documentation and help for the formula editor is incomplete.  For instance
there is no mention of how to produce a theta.  But I have discovered that
"%theta" does so.  Also the tool bars are incomplete.  There are many formatting
options and maths symbols not listed which the editor can produce.  Could this
be made complete (so that I don't have to scour the net looking for an example
of how to produce a particular symbol).
