In the course of issue 29260, new sub DevGuide chapters have been written,
talking about value bindings and validation of form controls. Please include
them (to be
attached here) in the new DevGuide.

The attachment contains the modified Forms chapter
(devmanual/DevelopersGuid/Forms/Forms.fsxw). The changes are relative to
revision 1.1.
