To reproduce:

Open new text document M-f n <enter>
Type: abc
Mark text
Copy C-c
Open new presentation M-f n p M-c <enter>
Put cursor in top text field
Paste C-v
Crash

Bug can be reproduced in version 641. It will be fixed in the next 
version to come.
