- sometimes I can't start an office because an old (dead) office prozess is
still running.
- Office should recognize this prozesses during the start and kill them.
- maybe a message box would be usefull. Something like: -> 'Office found running
prozesses. Should this prozesses be killed? Yes / No.'

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
