Document parameterized structs in cli

-parameterized members are Objects.
-members do not need to be initialized, i.e. struct can contain null pointers.

cli_cppuhelper: bootstrap methods use Windows registry key to find the office.
see documentation in cli_ure/source/native/native_bootstrap.cxx. 
The PATH must not contain a different office.
