- load the attached file
- after loading the file with an OOo 1.1 the text is 'Sea blue'
- after loading the text with an OOo 2.0 (680m39) the text is black
- the bug occures in Impress and draw.

fs, this is a regression to i21605
You added the fo:color attribute to aXMLSDProperties in
xmloff/source/draw/sdpropls.cxx
With that, you killed all text color for drawing layer objects and styles. Only
hard set paragraph and portion formating still works.
Please keep this issue high priority
