I open a new draw, insert a hyperlink for an existing document when selecting a
target in the document Office crashes.

Sorry - but you have to accept some calls if you stand inside your own dispose()
method. Especialy all calls to XInterface, XTypeProvider and XServiceInfo ...
further all removeXXXListener() methods and may some other harmfull API calls
should be handled more gracefully.
