Description Unknown 2002-01-18 21:34:53 UTC
When closing the last document (or spreadsheet), the programs exits. This
forces the user to have to restart the program to work on something else.

I can't see a UI problem here.
Comment 2 Frank Schönheit 2002-01-21 09:24:35 UTC
changing the component to "framework/ui"
Comment 3 Mathias_Bauer 2002-01-23 17:00:39 UTC
This is not a bug, it's a feature request. OpenOffice is not the only
program on earth that behaves that way ( see f.e. Internet Explorer on
Windows, Mozilla on all platforms ).

I don't think that's a bad request, I only say: it's not a bug, it's a
feature. Feature changes are the task of the product management team.

We decided to use SDI instead of MDI
Comment 6 Frank Schönheit 2002-03-28 14:51:24 UTC
Christian,

sorry, but what does this have to do with SDI vs. MDI?

I feel that this feature would make sense, and I don't see the point
in your argument for closing it, so I reopen it ....
