In OOo.Calc I try the following: 
Menu Insert -> External Data... 
For URL I choose a textfile from my HD and click Insert, then I get a Dialog where to 
choose a Filter. I choose Text CVS and get another Dialog where I can do several 
settings like Separator Options... I set them and all seems OK since the preview in 
this window shows what I wanted. I click OK and get back to the Dialog "External 
Data" where I see filled in the correct URL. I'm only one "OK"-click away from 
finishing the operation, but the OK-Button is inactive/grey. 
I tried this out on two different Installations. 
I also tried out another filter instead of Text CVS which worked, so it seems to be a 
"forgotten to set flag" in the Text CVS Filter..!?
