this libraray is not available in SRC680/unxsols4.pro/lib.m22/
testtool doesn't work without it right now

look in internal directory tt_progs/sparc/testtool8

The library name has changed without notice
it is now    i18npool.uno  appended by the systems library ending (.dll for Win,
.so for unix)

libi18n is not needed any more

I Forgot: before starting the new testtool binary (which is also needed) the
services.rdb has to be deleted.
