Description turnerwm 2001-12-03 22:05:35 UTC
The options dialog is too small and does not show the buttons along the bottom,
namely: save, cancel, apply

William,

do you have more info? Your description is rather featureless I'm
afraid.

Such a bug you describe (a completely useless options dialog, at
least it sounds that way to me) needs a much more comprehensive
description. It's most probable that the bug depends on your concrete
system (OS, graphics card etc), else we would already have noticed
such a major bug, wouldn't we?

Besides this, I'm not sure if we're really talking about the same:
The options dialog does not have a "save" and an "apply" button at
all - so even the line you gave is is very confusing :)

Frank:
I am running windows XP professional, 800MHz PIII, 320 MB RAM. My
graphics card is Intel 82810E. My screen is 1024x768x24. The
options dialog produced is almost useless; the tab and return keys
still operate the invisible buttons. I'm not sure of the names of
the buttons because they are invisible. Thanks for taking the time
to respond.

Duplicate of issue 2397.
In that one, tyou can find a description of a workaround and a way to reproduce it if the system doesn't "provide" this defect at once.

*** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 2397 ***

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
