Description kishore 2001-11-27 02:38:32 UTC
The Presentation module is unable to do the slide show after the embeded OLE
object is modified.
Steps To Reproduce The Bug:
1)Invoke OpenOffice Presentation program.
2)Select Insert-Object-OLE object from the menu.
3)Select 'Create From File' radio button from the dialog box and then select
StarOffice 6.0 Presentation file and click OK.
4)Once you click OK the object gets inserted.Run the slide show.
(Note: The program works properly)
5)After the slide show double click the object and try to run the slideshow
again. This time the show runs for the embeded object and exists from the
program with an error message.("soffice.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being
created".

The bug is reproducible in the 638, but no more in an actual version
(641).
Comment 2 bettina.haberer 2001-11-27 12:42:15 UTC
So bug is closed.
