Description Unknown 2003-11-09 00:01:24 UTC
There are no chances to read strings in c style placed in a binary file.
Microsoft Visual basic resolve this with fixed lenght strings. Could be a good
idea to implement these in Openoffice VB.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
