Needs improvement on usability of the Navigator

Product Concept
Two basic ideas improve the usability of the Navigator. First, a single click
interaction model, i.e. a single click is sufficient to navigate to a piece of
the document. Second, a menu item View>Document Map opens the Navigator in the
docked state with the Headings mode active. This leverages the expectation of
competing application's users. All features of the Navigator will be revised in
order to be consistent with the single click model.

->MMP: adding text from a (now closed as dup) bug ES filed to this task because
they are related:
 
- Open the Navigator
-> the first icon on the left is called "Toggle" which is not really helpfull
for the user.

Proposal: rename it to "Master Document/Document View"

EM: Researching...
The SO Help says the following concerning the Navigator:
"Toggle: Click this icon to switch between the Master View and the normal view.
This is only active if a master document is open (for example, under File - New
- Master Document)."

I agree that "Toggle" (Umschalten) is not intuitive and something like "Master
Document View On/Off" would be better. (but really all text in Navigator should
be thought through again)
