1. On Linux there has been a screen corruption problem for a long time. Once you
drag the side bar up or down some of the characters become corrupted, even if
you just delete some of them. Perhaps a faster screen refresh would help solving
the problem.

2. I am typing a document, I am on, say, page 4. I switch to another virtual
desktop (in KDE3), and when I switch back the page I was typing disappeared and
page 1 or 2 is displayed. When it is a long document, this bug becomes very
annoying.
This bug is fairly recent, it wasn't present in the 1.0 tree and the earliest
1.1 dev. releases.

I am running OOo on Mandrake 9.1, but the problem was the same on 9.0.
You are making a great product, thank you for all your efforts.

Regards,

Bela

Hi, Bela --

You've addressed two issues in this report, so I must close it as
invalid. We can only have one issue per report -- to keep things
"neat". :)

Your first comment looks like a duplicate of Issue 7817. Please
review that issue. You can follow the progress there -- it is being
worked on. If you feel that this is NOT the same as your issue, you
can file a new one, but be sure to indicate at that time WHY it is NOT
a duplicate of Issue 7817, as your description thus far does appear to
be.

As far as your second comment, I cannot reproduce the behavior you
report (RH9/1.1rc5). However, I am NOT closing this issue because it
is not reproducible by me. I am closing it as invalid only because
your report addresses two issues which need to be reported separately.

Please file a new issue which addresses only one problem.

Thanks,

Tam
