pop up new menubars or add them below the current ones if the need for them arises eg when working in auto-numbered sections. currently an arrow appears on the text toolbar. This doesn't get much attention and its also cumbersome to switch so it will not be utilized much. Therefore above suggestion.
I'm changing components of some issues to ui ui from framework ui; am I right in doing so? not all: it'd be too much. Also I clarified some types from Feature to Enhancement

in general this is the case as per OOo 2.0. I can't find "auto-numbered sections" anymore, lol. What did I mean by them?
