its noticeable that as you open more document windows, openoffice's memory 
usage goes up, but doesnt decrease on closing these windows.
a particularly noticable instance i witnessed was when loading a large excel 
spreadsheet, memory usage went up past 60 Meg, and didn't decrease on closing 
the document

I`ve tried to reproduce this problem usinng a internal 641i (which will be the base for the next upcoming OO-version) under 
WinNT and Win2000. All works fine and no problem with a memory leak occured. Every time when we needed additional 
memory (e.g. opening an additional document) we decreased the amount of used Memory by closing that document again. So, 
there is no doubt that this problem won`t occur in the next version.

Wasn`t reproducible and is therefore closed !
