To simulate:

1. Install OO 638c by choosing the default directory, say "c:\Program 
File\OpenOffice.638".
2. After installation, invoke Witer, select "Help". Help topic will fail to 
show up in the right side window.

Reinstall OO 638c by choosing another directory, say "c:\OpenOffice.638". After 
installation, invoke Writer, select "Help". This time the corresponding topic 
is display properly.

Seems to me that this issue has a wrong component selected.

I have no idea what component it should be. So, reset it to Writer.

I've changed the component already. As long as we don't know wether it
is a problem of the installation or the help system,  framework is
okay. It's the project the help system is part of.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
