Not sure if this is the correct component for filing bugs against IssueZilla? If
i have an issue of type "Task", it seems it is impossible to change the status
from "Uncomfirmed" to "Started". See, for example, i15986

Reassigning issue to www component.  I opened a test issue 17314 as an
unconfirmed task, and was able to mark it as started.  Still, it looks
like Issue 15986 will not accept the started status for the reporter,
so I leave this issue open, as I pass it along to www.

updating subcomponent to oooIZ and reassigning issue to owner of
selected subcomponent.

I would recommend to ask the qa project for the appropriate IZ
permissions. dev@qa.openoffice.org will help.
