When I click "Quick starter" I must weit 15seconds
And I click Spreadscheet and must weit 10seconds.

OpenOffice 1.0.1 is runing fast than OO1.1rc. 
Meybe problem with options in compilation?

In order for us to be able to do anything on this you would have to
supply more information i.e. System, OS, pacthes, etc.  I run win98 on
my not so new, system and it preforms quite well.  I would highly
recomend upgrading if you haven't already.  If you still have problems
you may want to get support from the users@openoffice.org mailing list.
