Its a exelent , very complete program . but ,I cant use it , because I Ned work 
whit styles but I do my own styles in the html editor , but  when the program 
close then  in the next session the program dont remember my own styles , then 
i should work on it again and again.

Not a bug. 
Resolving as invalid.

Create own styles, save as template (file/template/save). Then use
template for creation of new html documents. (file/new/templates and
documents)

Even with template, it is impossible to keep a style, which is not
recognized by oo (background-attachment:fixed for example).
This means in practice i can not edit files with oo, which are created
by an other html-editor. - And i which to do so, because the handling
is fine.
