Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 15845
Polygon with holes, grouping objects...
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:43:33 UTC
Hallo! Can I ask You for adding tools to create: a) polygon with holes (polygon with one exterior and none or more interior rings), b) group points, polylines and polygons into logical groups that these objects become to multipoints, multipolylines and multipolygons, c) add structured (xml) description to the graphics objects (feel free to allow that as XML fragment). Next I want to suggest You to rename tool: a) "Polygon" to "PolyLine", because current "polygon" is not closed, b) "Polygon, filled" to "Polygon", because this is real closed polygon. Last, but not least, to increase point size of new file to unlimited for vector drawing, where coordinates will be in pixels (duplicated feature request). If You guess, that my feature requests are going to OO Draw become GML (Geography Markup Languague - GIS) editor, You are right. But now Draw has such capabilities, that together with above suggested features will allow it. Stepan
Reassigned to Bettina.
