German windows and Linux x86 builds of OOo 1.0.3.1 is testet OK. 
Please upload current rc (17042003) to the localized directory on our mirrors.

Hi Andre,
the german 1.0.3.1 build have been publish at
/localized/de/1.0.3
as
OOo_1.0.3.1_LinuxIntel_install_de.tar.gz
and
OOo_1.0.3.1_Win32Intel_install_de.zip

Could you do me a favour and update the status page color to white?

I'll update statuspage this evening.

Stefan, when should we announce that. Is Saturday time enough for
mirrors to update?

Yes, Saturday should be ok.
To make sure, you would have to check the download links.

qa status page is up to date,
files are on the mirrors -> closing

btw some german pc magazines / news providers seem to scan our mirrors
for update, so we have no 100% control of the announcement :-(
