A ONE DRIVE ISSUE USING OPEN OFFICE

PROBLEM WITH OPEN OFFICE ? When I CREATE a file in a One Drive folder and save it as type .rtf, then I open it and it is a Calc file !!! PROBLEMS WITH ONE DRIVE ? I have a laptop WIN version 10 on which I had created some files in a One Drive file folder. I wanted to access them from another laptop WIN version 11 so I installed One Drive on that laptop. I saw the files appear in the WIN version 11 directory. OBSERVATIONS: When I CHANGED the CONTENTS of a file on the WIN 10 computer it did NOT change the CONTENTS of the EXISTING one on the WIN 11 computer. When I created a TEST FILE on the WIN 11 computer it did NOT appear in the WIN 10 folder. When I created a FILE FOLDER on the WIN 11 computer it did NOT appear in the WIN 10 directory. When I created a TEST FILE on the WIN 10 computer it did NOT appear in the WIN 11 folder.
"When I CREATE a file in a One Drive folder" IS A PROBLEM ONLY UNDER WINDOWS 11 - NOT UNDER WINDOWS 10
