Past Option doesn't always show up when coping from other programs. Exp, copy text from Edge and right click in Writer and past doesn't always show. Control V does work every time.

Interesting. Did you spot any condition where the paste is greyed out and you still could use ctrl+V?

What did you work on? Copied?

Not reproduce with AOO 4.1.13, Windows 10 Pro x64 and Edge 105.0.1343.42 x64

Restart Windows in safe mode and check it new. Certainly a tool who manage your clipboard.
