The method:
on Sidebar open the "Properties" deck, expand (if needed) a panel,
place the cursor in one of the controls, collapse the panel.
Press the Tab key one or more times.
Result: rectangle(s) appear.
Once pressing the Tab key produces no more rectangles, try Shift+Tab.


Step to reproduce:
1. Open new blank Writer document
2. Try the method described above in case of
   the "Text" and "Paragraph" panels.
   Result: "Ghost controls" appear.
3. Insert a drawing object - an ellipse
4. Try the method described above in case of
   the "Area", "Line" and "Position and Size" panels.
   Result: "Ghost controls" appear.


Expected result: no glitches whatosoever
