Writer document for test purposes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open in AOO the attached file "testFILE.odt".
2. Place the cursor in the table.
3. Click the button labeled "Dialog".
   Result - the "Table Format" dialog is displayed.
4. Close the dialog.
5. Click the button labeled "Dialog (1)".
   Result - AOO crashes and brings up the Document Recovery window.

Both buttons have the property "Action" set to "Open document/web page"
and the property "URL" to ".uno:TableDialog".

The main difference is the property "Take Focus on Click" i.e.
"No" (button labeled "Dialog"); "Yes" (button labeled "Dialog (1)).
