Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 128454
Hyperlink Security Warning for Opening Self-Made Documents
Last modified: 2021-06-14 12:15:39 UTC
I have a document file that I use for my hyperlinks located on my hard drive. It's run fine until the other day when I updated OpenOffice to 4.1.10. Since then, in this document, every time I click a hyperlink to either open a file, already, in my laptop or open a folder, already, in my laptop, I get the following Security Warning: Security Warning This hyperlink is going to open "___". Do you want to proceed? Nothing I'm trying to open is outside of my laptop. This document file is so that I can easily find and go to files that I've created. I could see a warning if I was trying to open a document outside of my computer. AND, shouldn't the computer/program know that it's something that already exists on the hard drive? Thanks for any help.
