File was corrupted, after loading it in  a different package originally written by Microsoft Inc.

Attachment cannot be uploaded due to connection, the file was originally written with Open Office Writer including naturally author reservations, and when opening the file with another package it was found corrupt and unreadable.

Without provide a document, you should understand that reporting this kind of issue is useless.
We must reproduce with a step-by-step process.
Note that you mentions an obsolete version, so we recommand to update with last build.
